Working with GPs

As we enter a new healthcare environment, GPs will have ultimate responsibility, not just for the treatment of their patients, but for designing better, more responsive and accountable services that reflect a patient-centred NHS.

While it presents a great opportunity, not every GP will have the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to understand their patient populations and negotiate service contracts.

Having played active roles in Practice Based Commissioning and built strong relationships with PCTs over the years, we understand the mechanics of GP contracting and can work with you to provide a tailored solution to improve your working life.

In order to ensure confidentiality, we will sign a non disclosure agreement with you from the outset. If you feel that you wish to work with us, we will draft a partnership agreement with you that takes on board all of your requirements. You can choose to partner with us, look to move to a salaried role, or continue to retain clinical autonomy. We will look to coordinate employment contracts for you and your staff or simply give you access to a high quality infrastructure which will allow you to focus on delivering top quality care.
