We operate an appointment only system so that you can choose a time that suits you.
To book an appointment please call us from 8:00am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday. If you would like to see a doctor the same day, please call at 8:00am.
Doctors have set aside time to advise and deal with enquiries over the phone. In most cases, we will take a number from you and a doctor will call you during surgery hours. A triage system is also in place and you may be asked to speak to the practice nurse first.

We offer home visits for patients who are unable to attend the surgery due to disability or serious illness. To request a home visit, please call the surgery before 11:00am and the doctor will assess whether a home visit is appropriate.
We are always looking to improve our services so that you have better access to care. We welcome your input during our quarterly patient participation groups. By listening to you, we have introduced music in our waiting area and now have late night appointments with nurses. We have also extended the care we provide by becoming the local hub for alcohol misuse, helping people to overcome their alcohol addiction.

Simply tick the repeat slip and drop it into the surgery or post it to us. We will check it with a doctor and the prescription will be ready within 48 hours. To ensure that you continue to get the appropriate medication, we request a medication review after two months.
