Book an appointment

DMC Crystal Palace Road operates an appointment-only system. This ensures that patients can arrange doctors appointments in advance to suit their timetables and patients will generally be able to choose which of our clinicians they wish to see.

You can book appointments, by:
1. Coming in person to the reception
2. Calling us on: 020 8693 2727

We offer a range of appointment times in the early morning or early evening, to suit those with busy lifestyles. If you require an emergency appointment, please call us at 8am. We also operate a triage system so that you can get the appropriate care quickly and you may see the practice nurse first.

If you have a medical reason to speak to a doctor, but feel you don't necessarily need to come in, you may wish to contact: NHS Direct (call 0845 4647) or your local pharmacist regarding your query. 

You may find that an appointment with one of our practice nurses or Health Care Assistants will help you with your problem. Click here for a list of our services.

If you change address, name or telephone number, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can update our records. You can inform us by visiting the surgery and completing the appropriate form or by writing to us.

Cancelling appointments

If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Patients who continue to miss their appointments may be removed from our practice list.
