We operate an appointment only system so that you can choose a time that suits you.
If you would like to see a doctor the same day, please call between 8.45am and 10.00am.
Doctors have set aside time to advise and deal with enquiries over the phone. In most cases, we will take a number from you and a doctor will call you during surgery hours. A triage system is also in place and you may be asked to speak to the practice nurse first.

We offer home visits for patients who are unable to attend the surgery due to disability or serious illness. To request a home visit, please call the surgery and the doctor will be assess whether a home visit is appropriate.
We continuously strive to improve the quality of care we provide and we are always looking to improve our services so that you have better access to care. We welcome your input during our patient participation groups which are run on a quarterly basis. By listening to you, we have extended the care we provide by employing more female GPs.

Simply tick the repeat slip and drop it into the surgery or post it to us. We will check it with a doctor and the prescription will be ready within 48 hours. To ensure that you continue to get the appropriate medication, we request a medication review after two months.
