DMC Silverlock operates an appointment system which ensures that patients can choose which of our clinicians they wish to see at a time that is convenient.

In addition, DMC Silverlock also offers a walk-in service from 8am until 10am every weekday on a first-come, first-served basis. This operates on a first come first served basis, so it is best to get here early. If you require an emergency appointment, please call us as soon as possible. We set aside slots for emergency appointments and we operate a triage system so that you can get the appropriate care quickly.
If you have a medical reason to speak to a doctor, but feel you don't necessarily need to come in, you may wish to contact: NHS Direct (call 0845 4647) or your local pharmacist regarding your query.

If you change address, name or telephone number, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can update our records. You can inform us by visiting the surgery and completing the appropriate form or by writing to us.
If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Patients who continue to miss their appointments may be removed from our practice list.
