Practice Details

Book an appointment with ease

We operate an appointment system so that you can choose a time that suits you. We also offer a walk-in service from 8am to 10:00am each weekday, which is booked on a first come first served basis.

Doctors have set aside time to advise and deal with enquiries over the phone. In most cases, we will take a number from you and a doctor will call you during surgery hours. A triage system is also in place and you may be asked to speak to the practice nurse first.

Providing tailored care

We offer home visits for patients who are unable to attend the surgery due to disability or serious illness. To request a home visit, please call the surgery and the doctor will assess whether a home visit is appropriate.

We are always looking to improve our services so that you have better access to care. We welcome your input during our patient participation groups. By listening to you, we have extended the care we provide. We have recently gained two new consulting rooms enabling us to offer a daily phlebotomy service and daily healthchecks.

48 hour repeat prescription service

Simply tick the repeat slip and drop it into the surgery or post it to us. We will check it with a doctor and the prescription will be ready within 48 hours. To ensure that you continue to get the appropriate medication, we request a medication review after two months. Please do not phone for repeat prescriptions.
