DMC Vicarage Lane operates an appointment system which ensures that patients can choose which of our clinicians they wish to see at a time that is convenient. Registered patients can book up to six weeks in advance.

In addition, DMC Vicarage Lane also offers a walk-in service from 8:00am until 8:00pm everyday for both registered and unregistered patients. We set aside slots for emergency appointments and we operate a triage system so that you can get the appropriate care quickly.

If you have a medical reason to speak to a doctor, but feel you don't necessarily need to come in, you may wish to contact: NHS Direct (call 0845 4647) or your local pharmacist regarding your query.

If you change address, name or telephone number, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can update our records. You can inform us by visiting the surgery and completing the appropriate form or by writing to us.
If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Patients who continue to miss their appointments may be removed from our practice list.
