Open 8am till 8pm, 365 days a year

We want to make it easy for you to access the care your need. This is why we offer both pre-bookable appointments for registered patients and a walk-in service for both registered and unregistered patients from 8am until 8pm, 365 days a year.

Doctors have set aside time to advise and deal with enquiries over the phone. In most cases, we will take a number from you and a doctor will call you during surgery hours. A triage system is also in place and you may be asked to speak to the practice nurse first.

Providing tailored care

We offer home visits for registered patients who are unable to attend the surgery due to disability or serious illness. To request a home visit, please call the surgery and the doctor will assess whether a home visit is appropriate.

For registered patients, we can easily book an interpreter to assist with your consultation, so that language isn't a barrier to care. We can also arrange interpreting services for the deaf or hard of hearing.

48 hour repeat prescription service

Simply tick the repeat slip and drop it into the surgery or post it to us. We will check it with a doctor and the prescription will be ready within 48 hours. To ensure that you continue to get the appropriate medication, we request a medication review after two months.

We have access to an on-site pharmacy, so prescriptions can be dispensed within the Health Centre.
