We want to make it easy for you to access the care your need. This is why we offer both pre-bookable appointments for registered patients and a walk-in service for both registered and unregistered patients from 8am until 8pm, 365 days a year.
Doctors have set aside time to advise and deal with enquiries over the phone. In most cases, we will take a number from you and a doctor will call you during surgery hours. A triage system is also in place and you may be asked to speak to the practice nurse first.

We offer home visits for patients who are unable to attend the surgery due to disability or serious illness. To request a home visit, please call the surgery and the doctor will be assess whether a home visit is appropriate.
We are always looking to improve our services so that you have better access to care. We welcome your input during our patient participation groups which meet four times a year. You can find out what is involved in patient participation groups here.

Simply tick the repeat slip and drop it into the surgery or post it to us. We will check it with a doctor and the prescription will be ready within 48 hours. To ensure that you continue to get the appropriate medication, we request a medication review after two months.
