Patient Participation Groups (PPGs)

By joining our patient participation groups (PPGs), you can actively engage with us to tell us how you think we can improve our practices to help promote your health and well-being.

All your opinions are highly valued and you have already helped us to make the following improvements to our service:

• Introduction of music in waiting areas across some of our practices to create a calming environment
• Late night appointments for the practice nurse to improve the access to care
• Formation of a midwife group within the Crystal Palace Road practice to improve the availability of maternity care
• The formation of a weekly baby clinic at the Crystal Palace Road practice
